[摘要]突破傳統(tǒng)的圓形殼、倒錐殼水箱形式,工程采用九宮格箱形水箱,該結(jié)構(gòu)受力合理,便于使用,易于施工,抗腐蝕性能好,外形美觀獨特,是大型高位水塔的一種創(chuàng)新。支筒抗震采用PKPM及YJK對滿水、半箱水和無水三種工況、正向及對角線兩個方向分別進行計算,并對支筒底部進行了中震不屈服核算和加強,以確保水塔安全。方形樁筏基礎(chǔ)在地震作用工況下,對角線方向比正向更為不利,需引起設(shè)計者重視。

Structural design of a high water tower with 1 000m3 box-shaped reinforced concrete water tank

Abstract:This project adopts a nine-lattice shaped water tank, which makes a breakthrough for the traditional cylinder and obconical water tanks. It has the following characteristics, such as: the reasonable load-carrying capability, convenient for use, easy to construct, good erosion-resisting function and beautiful artistic appearance. It′s an innovation for large high water tower. PKPM and YJK were used for sesimic performance of concrete supporting cylinder by working conditions of full water, half water and empty in two directions of positive and diagonal directions. In order to guarantee the safety of tower, the unyielding checking and strengthening under middle earthquake were conducted for the bottom of the concrete supporting cylinder. Under the condition of earthquake, the square pile-raft foundation is more dangerous in the diagonal direction than in the positive direction. Designers must pay more attention to it.
