負載下焊接加固鐵塔角鋼軸壓構件有限元參數(shù)分析

[摘要]為研究不同初始負載下不同長細比和角鋼肢厚對焊接加固鐵塔軸壓角鋼后受力性能的影響,選擇了方形加固截面形式,采用ANSYS軟件建立有限元模型,進行了考慮焊接間接熱-結構耦合方法的數(shù)值模擬計算。數(shù)值計算結果表明,在初始負載相同的情況下,隨著長細比的增大,加固后構件的極限穩(wěn)定承載力逐漸減??;但并不是構件的長細比越大,加固效果越好,可能存在著最優(yōu)長細比;在初始負載相同的情況下,隨著加固角鋼肢厚的增大,構件的極限穩(wěn)定承載力逐漸增大;初始負載越大,加固效果越差。

Analysis of finite element parameters of angle steel axial compression member of steel tower reinforced by welding under load

Abstract:In order to study the influences of the slenderness ratio and the angle steel leg thickness on the mechanical performance of angle steel axial compression member of steel tower reinforced by welding under different initial loads, the square reinforcement cross-section was selected and the finite element model was established by ANSYS software, and the numerical simulation calculation considering the indirect thermo-mechanical coupling method was carried out. The numerical calculation results show that under the same initial load, the ultimate stability bearing capacity of the reinforced member gradually decreases with the increase of the slenderness ratio. It is not the greater the slenderness ratio of the member, the better the reinforcement effect is, because an optimal slenderness ratio may exist. Under the same initial load, with the increase of the thickness of reinforced angle steel leg thickness, the ultimate stability bearing capacity of the structure increases gradually. The larger the initial load is, the worse the reinforcement effect is.
