[摘要]為探究直線旋轉(zhuǎn)加轉(zhuǎn)換層的輸電桁架塔結(jié)構(gòu)的整體受力性能,對該結(jié)構(gòu)足尺轉(zhuǎn)換層節(jié)點進行了有限元分析,模擬4種不利荷載工況作用下結(jié)構(gòu)的受力與變形響應,從而得到結(jié)構(gòu)各構(gòu)件的受力情況及傳力特點。通過ABAQUS軟件得到了各種荷載組合工況下旋轉(zhuǎn)塔各桿件的受力性能及特點、桿件與桿件之間的傳力關系以及節(jié)點構(gòu)造的合理性,研究了旋轉(zhuǎn)塔的各種受力性能及變形響應,分析了結(jié)構(gòu)的極限承載力。研究表明,輸電桁架塔的整體受力性能良好,旋轉(zhuǎn)塔的剛度、強度和穩(wěn)定性滿足要求,達到安全可靠運行的目的。

Study on structural mechanical properties of transmission truss tower with linear rotation and conversion layer

Abstract:To study the overall mechanical properties of structure of transmission truss tower with linear rotation and conversion layer, the finite element analysis was carried out on the full-scale conversion layer joint of the structure to simulate mechanical and deformation responses under 4 kinds of unfavorable load conditions to obtain the characteristics of stress state and force transmission of members. Through the ABAQUS software, the mechanical characteristics of various members of the rotation tower under various load combination conditions, the force transmission relationship between the members, and the rationality of the joint structure were obtained. The various mechanical performances and the deformation responses of the rotation tower were studied, and the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure was analyzed. The research shows that the overall mechanical performance of the transmission truss tower is good, and the stiffness, strength and stability of the rotation tower meets the requirements to achieve safe and reliable operation.
