[摘要]利用試驗研究復(fù)合材料的力學(xué)性能及老化性能,結(jié)果表明采用三維編制構(gòu)造形式和纖維纏繞成型技術(shù)制作的聚氨酯玻璃纖維復(fù)合材料桿塔適合在單管通信塔中使用。對復(fù)合材料單管通信塔進行整塔力學(xué)性能試驗,并與鋼材和混凝土材料進行對比,分析3種材料在承載力、位移和經(jīng)濟性上的差別,給出復(fù)合材料桿塔適用條件,并對復(fù)合材料單管通信塔關(guān)鍵節(jié)點處理工藝給出參考意見。通過工程塔檢測驗證復(fù)合材料在單管通信塔中的應(yīng)用,并給出實際使用中應(yīng)注意的相關(guān)事項。研究成果可供同類工程參考。

Application study of communication monopole made of polyurethane fiberglass composite material

Abstract:The mechanical properties and aging properties of composite materials were studied by experiments. The results show that the tower made of polyurethane fiberglass composite material by using three-dimensional structure and filament winding technology is suitable for use in communication monopole. The communication monopole made of composite material was tested for mechanical performance of the entire tower. Materials of composite material, steel and concrete were compared in aspects of bearing capacity, displacement and economy, and the applicable conditions of the tower made of composite material were given. The references were given for the processing technology of the key nodes of the communication monopole made of composite material. The application of the composite material in the communication monopole was verified by engineering tower inspection, and related matters that should be noted in practical use were given. The research results can be used for the reference of similar projects.
