榆林科技館單層帶缺口球殼結構設計

(中國航空規(guī)劃建設發(fā)展有限公司，北京 100120)［摘要］榆林科技館球殼為單層球面網(wǎng)殼，由于建筑門洞以及造型的要求，球殼外表面不對稱，球殼的支座呈階梯形布置。簡要介紹了球殼選型及分析、設計過程。為了保證設計安全，分析時采用彈性支座和固定鉸支座形式，分別進行了特征值以及整體穩(wěn)定分析。分析表明：對帶缺口的肋環(huán)型單層網(wǎng)殼，增加斜桿對結構性能有很大的改善，用鋼量反而降低；不同網(wǎng)殼支座類型的假定，對于不規(guī)則網(wǎng)殼的內(nèi)力有較大的影響。［關鍵詞］帶缺口網(wǎng)殼；固定鉸支座；彈性支座；穩(wěn)定Structural design of reticulated shell of Yulin Science and Technology MuseumJing Hui, Yang Huijie, Jin Laijian, Song Xiaohong(China Aviation Planning and Construction Development Co., Ltd., Beijing 100120, China)Abstract:The shell in Yulin Science and Technology Museum is a single-layer reticulated spherical shell, and the outer surface of spherical is unsymmetrical for the building openings and the shape. The bearings of the shell are not in the same plane. The design of the shell with two bearings which were fixed hinge bearing and flexible hinge bearing was introduced. The process of the stability analysis and the eigenvalue analysis were given.
