斜交網(wǎng)格筒體超高層結(jié)構(gòu)DK形混凝土節(jié)點試驗研究

[摘要]斜交網(wǎng)格筒體結(jié)構(gòu)體系在矩形平面超高層結(jié)構(gòu)中應(yīng)用較少,其中矩形平面角部混凝土節(jié)點(DK形混凝土節(jié)點)設(shè)計難度較大,為此對其開展模型試驗研究,模型相似比為1∶5,同時采用ABAQUS軟件對其進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬對比分析。試驗和數(shù)值分析結(jié)果均表明,DK形混凝土節(jié)點總是在加載端和斜柱相交區(qū)率先出現(xiàn)裂縫,并逐漸擴(kuò)展;斜柱相交區(qū)間的應(yīng)力集中現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重。在極限荷載作用下,DK形混凝土節(jié)點具有突然脆性破壞特征,且提高體積配箍率可有效減小其橫向膨脹變形。差值加載和等值加載模式下DK形混凝土節(jié)點的極限承載力無明顯差異,因此設(shè)計中可忽略DK形混凝土節(jié)點不均勻受力的不利影響。保證DK形混凝土節(jié)點區(qū)最小體積配箍率大于1-57%的前提下,即使對斜柱適當(dāng)補強,斜柱仍會先于節(jié)點區(qū)破壞,可見DK形混凝土節(jié)點的設(shè)計方案可保證強節(jié)點效應(yīng)。后續(xù)工程實踐表明,DK形混凝土節(jié)點很好地滿足了建筑效果和受力要求。

Experimental research on DK-shaped concrete joints in super high-rise inclined-intersecting grid tube structure

Abstract:There are few applications of inclined-intersecting grid tube structural system in rectangular planar super high-rise structure, the DK-shaped concrete joint at the corner of the rectangular plane is difficult to design. Therefore, model test study was conducted with a model similarity ratio of 1∶5, and ABAQUS software was used for numerical simulation and comparative analysis. The experimental and numerical analysis results show that the DK-shaped concrete joints always take the lead in cracks at the intersection of the loading end and inclined column to gradually expand; the stress concentration in the intersecting sections of the inclined columns is serious. Under the action of ultimate load, the DK-shaped concrete joints have sudden brittle failure characteristics, and increasing the volume distribution ratio can effectively reduce the lateral expansion deformation. There is no significant difference in the ultimate bearing capacity of DK\|shaped concrete joints under differential loading and equivalent loading modes. Therefore, the adverse effects of DK-shaped concrete joints with uneven loads can be ignored in the design. If the minimum volumetric stirrup ratio of the DK-shaped concrete joint area is greater than 1-57%, the inclined column will still be destroyed before the joint area even if the oblique column is properly reinforced. It can be seen that the design of the DK-shaped concrete joint can ensure strong joint effect. Follow-up engineering practice shows that the DK-shaped concrete joints well meet the architectural effects and mechanical requirements.
