[摘要]裝配式先張預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土框架是通過裝配施工工藝,將先張預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁與預(yù)制混凝土柱先鉸接后剛接而形成的一種新型結(jié)構(gòu)。以某5層框架結(jié)構(gòu)為例進(jìn)行了內(nèi)力分析,分別對(duì)比了設(shè)防烈度為7度(0-1g,0-15g)和8度(0-2g)時(shí)裝配式先張預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土框架與現(xiàn)澆混凝土框架的彈性內(nèi)力。分析結(jié)果表明,跟現(xiàn)澆混凝土框架相比,裝配式先張預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土框架的梁端負(fù)彎矩絕對(duì)值降低了60%~80%。因此,跟普通的現(xiàn)澆混凝土框架相比,這種結(jié)構(gòu)可有效降低框架梁端的負(fù)彎矩和縱筋配筋率,從而減少穿過框架節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)的梁縱筋數(shù)量,降低裝配施工難度,提高裝配施工效率;且這種框架結(jié)構(gòu)能充分利用高強(qiáng)預(yù)應(yīng)力筋,降低框架梁的鋼筋用量,是一種具有良好綜合效益的結(jié)構(gòu)形式。

Preliminary study on prefabricated pretensioned prestressed reinforced concrete frame (Ⅰ): structural concepts and elastic analysis

Abstract:Prefabricated pretensioned prestressed reinforced concrete (RC) frame is a new type of structure by using assembling construction technology to connect the prestressed RC beam and precast RC column with stiff joint after hinged joint. The internal force analysis was carried out on a 5storey frame structure and the elastic stress of the prefabricated pretensioned prestressed RC frame and the cast-in-place RC frame were compared under the seismic fortification intensity of 7 degree (acceleration of 0-1g, 0-15g) and 8 degree (acceleration of 0-2g). The results indicate that the absolute value of negative bending moment of the end of beams of prefabricated pretensioned prestressed RC frame was reduced by 60%~80% compared with that of the cast-in-place RC frame. Therefore, compared with the ordinary cast-in-place RC frame, the negative moment and longitudinal reinforcement ratio at the beam end were effectively reduced in this structure, resulting in the decrease of the longitudinal rebar through the frame joints. The difficulty of assembling construction was reduced and the prefabricated efficiency was improved. Besides, high-strength prestressed rebar was fully utilized to reduce rebar use in the RC beams. This is a kind of structural form with good comprehensive benefit.
