[摘要]隨著我國工業(yè)技術(shù)的進步和制造能力的提升,越來越多的具有荷載大、工藝復雜、對工作條件要求高的工業(yè)設(shè)備不斷出現(xiàn),與此同時,對基礎(chǔ)的整體穩(wěn)定和差異沉降控制也提出了更高的要求。對一軟土地區(qū)重型設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)采用變剛度調(diào)平設(shè)計理論從樁型選擇、布樁、沉降數(shù)值計算等幾方面進行了系統(tǒng)分析和計算,并與現(xiàn)場沉降觀測數(shù)據(jù)進行對比。結(jié)果表明,變剛度調(diào)平設(shè)計能縮短荷載傳遞路徑,實現(xiàn)抗力與荷載的局部平衡,有效降低基礎(chǔ)的差異沉降。觀測數(shù)據(jù)與分析結(jié)果基本一致。對于上部荷載大且不均勻分布的重型設(shè)備基礎(chǔ),變剛度調(diào)平設(shè)計理念仍然具有適用性。

Variable stiffness leveling design of piled raft foundation of heavy equipment in soft soil area

Abstract:With the progress of China's industrial technology and development of manufacturing ability, there are more and more industrial equipment with large load, complex process, high requirements for working conditions, and meanwhile the higher requirements are put forward for foundation stability and differential settlement control. The variable stiffness leveling design theory was used to systematically analyze and calculate a heavy equipment foundation in soft soil area from the aspects of pile type selection, pile placement and numerical calculation of settlement, and the results were compared with the field settlement observation data.The results show that the variable stiffness leveling design can shorten the load transmission path, realize the local balance of resistance and load, and effectively reduce the differential settlement of the foundation. The observed data are basically consistent with the analysis results. For heavy equipment foundation with upper large load and uneven distribution of upper large load, variable stiffness leveling design concept still have applicability.
