[摘要]以某超高層框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)作為研究對(duì)象,塔樓平面布置呈Z形,轉(zhuǎn)換層位于中上部樓層(14層),形成超高位轉(zhuǎn)換,且轉(zhuǎn)換層以上樓層分為雙塔。通過對(duì)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的分析表明,塔樓核心筒墻體布置合理,轉(zhuǎn)換層上下層剛度比滿足限值要求,抗扭、抗側(cè)剛度良好。根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)體系特點(diǎn),分別對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)換層樓板最不利工況受力性能、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層X向剪力墻長度和數(shù)量偏少、大震作用下結(jié)構(gòu)體系綜合抗震性能、部分墻柱沿高度方向存在二次轉(zhuǎn)換、14層部分設(shè)置斜撐的轉(zhuǎn)換梁等均予以深入分析。并針對(duì)大震彈塑性分析所揭示問題對(duì)關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件予以優(yōu)化改進(jìn),將其研究成果在施工圖階段得到貫徹落實(shí)。最后,對(duì)此類型超高層結(jié)構(gòu)體系存在問題和解決方案予以總結(jié)。

Mechanics analysis of partial frame supported shear wall structure of twin towers in Z-typed plane layout with super high-position conversion

Abstract:The super high-rise building with partial frame supported shear wall structure was taken as the research object. The tower layout is Z-typed and the conversion floor is located in the middle and upper floor of 14th floor to form a super high-position conversion. The floors above the conversion floor are divided into twin towers. Through the analysis of each index, the results show that the layout of the corewall of the tower is reasonable, and the stiffness ratio of the upper and lower floors of the conversion floor meets the code limit requirements, and the torsion resistance and lateral stiffness are good. According to the characteristics of the structural system, parameters were analyzed including the stress performance of the most unfavorable condition of the conversion floor slabs, the X-direction shear wall with short length and small number in the standard floor, the seismic performance of the structural system under the action of the rare earthquake, the secondary conversion of wall along the height direction and diagonal brace and conversion beam set in 14th conversion floor. The problems revealed by the elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquake were solved by optimizing and improving the key structural components, and the research results were implemented at the construction drawing stage. Finally, the problems and solutions for this type of super high-rise structural system were summarized.
