廣州琶洲某超高層塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]廣州琶洲AH040223地塊超高層塔樓為超B級(jí)高度的復(fù)雜高層建筑,存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板局部不連續(xù)、高位體型收進(jìn)的不規(guī)則情況。設(shè)計(jì)中采用了基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法,根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)的重要性提出不同的抗震性能目標(biāo),并對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行小震彈性分析、小震彈性時(shí)程分析、中震性能設(shè)計(jì)、大震等效彈性分析及彈塑性時(shí)程分析。分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)整體和各構(gòu)件的抗震性能均能達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)的預(yù)期目標(biāo)。對(duì)于體型收進(jìn)位置的重要構(gòu)件,通過(guò)計(jì)算分析及多種構(gòu)造措施加強(qiáng),確保構(gòu)件滿足設(shè)定的抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design on super high-rise tower building in Guangzhou Pazhou

Abstract:Super high-rise tower building in AH040223 plot of Pazhou in Guangzhou is a complex high-rise building exceeding B-level requirement of height in the code. There are irregularities including irregular torsion, partial discontinuity of floor, and high-position plane setback. The performancebased seismic design method was adopted in the design. Different performance targets were proposed according to the importance of the structure. The elasticity analysis under frequent earthquakes, the elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquakes, the performance design under fortification earthquakes, the equivalent elasticity analysis under rare earthquakes and elastic-plastic time-history analysis were performed. The analysis results show that the seismic performance of the whole structure and each component can reach the designed target. For the important components in place of high-position plane setback, the calculation and analysis and various structural measures were used to strengthen the components to ensure that the components meet the  seismic performance targets.
