[摘要]為研究3種加載方向下的結(jié)構(gòu)用定向刨花板(OSB)的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變本構(gòu)模型,設(shè)計(jì)并試驗(yàn)研究了60個(gè)試件。結(jié)果表明:OSB的破壞形態(tài)與加載方向角α有關(guān),受壓破壞過程中出現(xiàn)了3種典型的破壞形態(tài),即刨花層間裂縫、斜向剪切破壞以及褶皺破壞。隨著加載方向角α的增大,OSB的彈性模量和抗壓強(qiáng)度呈下降趨勢。加載方向平行于板材縱向(α=0°)時(shí)的OSB彈性模量強(qiáng)度最大,α=45°時(shí)次之,α=90°時(shí)最小。提出了OSB的三折線模型和連續(xù)光滑曲線本構(gòu)模型,模型結(jié)果和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好。

Experimental study on constitutive relation of oriented strand board under uniaxial compression

Abstract:In order to study the uniaxial compressive stress-strain constitutive mode of structural-grade oriented strand board(OSB), 60 specimens with three different loading directions were designed and tested. The results show that the failure mode of OSB are related to loading directions relative to the longitudinal of OSB plates. There are three typical failure modes: cracks between wood flakes, diagonal shear failure and surface folding. With the loading angles increasing, the modulus of elasticity and compressive strength show a tendency to decrease. The pattern which loading direction is parallel to the vertical plate (α=0°) produce the highest strength and modulus of elasticity, followed by the α=45° pattern, and the α=90° pattern is the lowest. The three fold line model of OSB and the continuous smooth curve constitutive model were proposed, and the results obtained by the theoretic models are in good agreement with experiment results.
