正交膠合木預(yù)應(yīng)力剪力墻體系優(yōu)化*

[摘要]正交膠合木預(yù)應(yīng)力剪力墻體系主要由正交膠合木墻板、預(yù)應(yīng)力筋和軟鋼阻尼器組成,相比于傳統(tǒng)體系,其自復(fù)位性能好,耗能性能穩(wěn)定。預(yù)應(yīng)力體系由軟鋼阻尼器提供耗能能力,軟鋼阻尼器存在最優(yōu)化問題,尺寸參數(shù)、鋼號、數(shù)量和位置優(yōu)化方案各有區(qū)別。此外,預(yù)張力大小也影響體系的耗能效率和自復(fù)位性能。故基于ABAQUS軟件,采用數(shù)值模擬方法分析阻尼器參數(shù)對剪力墻體系耗能的影響,以及預(yù)張力對體系耗能和自復(fù)位的雙重作用。結(jié)果表明,軟鋼阻尼器尺寸、鋼號和數(shù)量存在最優(yōu)組合,位置不影響。預(yù)張力分別存在耗能最優(yōu)值和復(fù)位最優(yōu)值。

Optimization for prestressed cross-laminated timber shear wall system

Abstract:The prestressed cross-laminated timber (CLT) shear wall system is mainly composed of CLT wall panels, prestressed tendons and mild steel dampers. It has good self-resetting performance and stable energy dissipation performance in contrast to the typical CLT wall system. Mild steel dampers provide energy dissipation for prestressed system. The size parameters, steel grades, quantity and location of dampers are different for different optimization schemes for mild steel dampers. In addition, the size of pretension also affects the energy dissipation efficiency and self-resetting performance of the system. Based on the ABAQUS software, the influence of damper parameters on the energy dissipation of shear wall system was analyzed by numerical simulation, and the dual function of pretension on energy dissipation and self-resetting was also discussed. The results show that there is an optimal combination of size, steel grade and quantity of mild steel damper while location has no effect. The analysis shows that the pretension has the optimal value of energy consumption and the optimal reset value respectively.
