［摘要］小批量定制化的現(xiàn)代木結(jié)構(gòu)建筑在我國(guó)具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景，建筑機(jī)器人等新興建造技術(shù)的發(fā)展有望使小批量定制生產(chǎn)成為當(dāng)前木結(jié)構(gòu)建筑建造的有效模式。通過(guò)四川崇州道明竹里和江蘇省園藝博覽會(huì)木結(jié)構(gòu)主題館兩個(gè)實(shí)踐案例，對(duì)木結(jié)構(gòu)建筑的小批量定制化生產(chǎn)與建筑機(jī)器人建造工藝進(jìn)行了初步探索。竹里項(xiàng)目通過(guò)參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)與工廠定制生產(chǎn)的結(jié)合，成功將小批量定制化生產(chǎn)模式應(yīng)用于鄉(xiāng)村建筑建設(shè)，江蘇省園藝博覽會(huì)木結(jié)構(gòu)主題館項(xiàng)目則利用建筑機(jī)器人木構(gòu)建造工藝，驗(yàn)證了小批量定制化模式在大跨度公共建筑建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用潛力。隨著我國(guó)對(duì)現(xiàn)代木結(jié)構(gòu)建筑的大力推廣，木結(jié)構(gòu)建筑的小批量定制化生產(chǎn)將個(gè)性化需求、定制化設(shè)計(jì)與建筑機(jī)器人建造工藝進(jìn)行全流程信息整合，有望為現(xiàn)代木結(jié)構(gòu)建筑帶來(lái)全新的實(shí)踐模式。

Exploration of small-batch customization production mode of timber architecture based architectural robot

Abstract:Small-batch customization production of timber architecture has broad application prospects in China. The development of emerging construction technologies such as architectural robot is expected to make small-batch customization production to be an effective model for the current construction of timber architecture. A preliminary exploration was conducted on small-batch customization production and architectural robot timber construction through two practical cases of Zhuli Project in Daoming Town, Chongzhou City, Sichuan Province and Timber Structure Enterprise Pavilion of Horticultural Expo in Jiangsu Province. Zhuli Project successfully applies the small-batch customization production model to the construction of rural buildings through the combination of parametric design technology and factory-customized production. The Timber Structure Enterprise Pavilion of Horticultural Expo in Jiangsu Province utilizes architectural robot timber construction technology to verify the application potential of the small-batch customization production model in the construction of large-span public buildings. With China's vigorous promotion of modern timber structure construction, the small-batch customization production of timber structure architecture will integrate the individual requirements, customized design and robot construction process to realize the full process information integration, which is expected to bring new practice to modern timber structure construction.
