復(fù)雜空間管桁架結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)場拼裝及吊裝施工技術(shù)

(中建鋼構(gòu)有限公司,深圳 518040)[摘要]闡述了貴陽奧體中心主體育場管桁架的現(xiàn)場拼裝及吊裝施工的實(shí)施,主要介紹了處于復(fù)雜地形上的拼裝施工技術(shù)組織措施。由于桁架形式的復(fù)雜多樣和設(shè)計(jì)要求的精度較高,導(dǎo)致拼裝及吊裝就位控制工作難度較大。針對以上情況,就拼裝及吊裝施工的部署、施工措施選用、拼裝質(zhì)量控制及吊裝施工的控制措施進(jìn)行具體闡述。[關(guān)鍵詞]管桁架;現(xiàn)場拼裝;拼裝胎架;精度控制Construction technology for on-site assembling of complicated spatial pipe truss structureZhu Yiju, Jiang Guanye, Liu Yi, Guo Jinyu(China Construction Steel Structure Co., Ltd., Shenzhen 518040, China)Abstract:The tube-truss on-site assembling and hoisting of the main stadium in Guiyang Olympic Sports Center was expounded. The main problems were the influence of the construction site on the assembly construction, as well as the various styles of the truss and the high-precision requirment of the design that result in the difficulty in the assemble works.
