原木-膠合木-輕型木混合結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計研究

[摘要]原木、膠合木、輕型木結(jié)構(gòu)剪力墻均是木結(jié)構(gòu)建筑中常用的建筑材料(構(gòu)件),但罕有三者同時使用的案例。在本項目中,為獲得良好的視覺觀感效果和使用功能,將三者混合使用,并針對三者各自的特點,采用原木梁柱構(gòu)成平面框架,并沿建筑縱向布置,形成環(huán)向剛度;采用膠合木作為梁和檁條,并與原木框架垂直布置,形成橫向剛度;輕型木結(jié)構(gòu)剪力墻提供平面內(nèi)抗側(cè)剛度,并作為檁條的中間支承。對于要求承受彎矩的原木梁柱框架,設(shè)計了雙鋼插板的柱腳節(jié)點和榫卯-鋼拉板梁柱節(jié)點,實現(xiàn)了節(jié)點的抗彎剛度要求。

Design of a hybrid timber structure composed of log\|glulam\|light timber shear walls

Abstract:Log, glulam and light timber shear walls are commonly used construction materials for post-and-beam timber buildings, but there are rare cases that three materials are used at the same time. In this project, the three materials are mixed to use in order to get a good visual perception effect and use function. Considering each of the three features, the log beams and columns form a planar frame arranged along the longitudinal direction of the building to form circumferential stiffness; glulam is used as beams and purlins to arrange in vertical direction to log frame, forming the lateral stiffness; light timber shear wall provides  lateral stiffness in plane, and acts as a middle supporting purlin. For the log beam column frame under the bending moment, column base joints with double-embedded steel plate were designed as well as beam-column joints with tenon and steel tension plates, to realize the bending stiffness requirement of the joint.
