[摘要]以將水立方游泳場(chǎng)館臨時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)換為冬奧會(huì)項(xiàng)目場(chǎng)館為例,提出了一種將游泳比賽場(chǎng)地臨時(shí)改裝為能夠承擔(dān)國(guó)際大賽的可裝拆冰場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)方案。對(duì)所提出的木結(jié)構(gòu)面板進(jìn)行了靜力試驗(yàn)研究,測(cè)試了面板自身剛度和承載力,并提出了改進(jìn)方案。通過(guò)水立方泳池的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),分階段測(cè)試了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)架體、木結(jié)構(gòu)面板和含有冰面的整體結(jié)構(gòu)在搭設(shè)和使用過(guò)程中的變形、應(yīng)變和自振頻率等靜動(dòng)力性能。結(jié)果表明,所提出的冰場(chǎng)支撐結(jié)構(gòu)方案可行,可實(shí)現(xiàn)冰場(chǎng)的臨時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)換,承載力及剛度均可滿足冰壺球等冬奧會(huì)比賽項(xiàng)目的要求。

Research on mechanical properties of an assembled ice rink with steel and wood composite support

Abstract:Taking the temporary conversion of the Water Cube Swimming Venue to the Olympic Winter Games venues as an example, a structural plan for the temporary refitting of swimming competition venues to be able to undertake international competitions was presented. A static test was conducted on the proposed wooden structural panel, the stiffness and the bearing capacity of the panel were tested, and an improvement scheme was proposed. The steel frame and the wood structural panel were tested in stages through the field test in the water cubic swimming pool to study the static and dynamic properties such as deformation, strain, and natural frequency of the structure containing the ice during set-up and use stages. The results show that the proposed ice support structural scheme is feasible and can realize the temporary conversion of the ice rink. The bearing capacity and stiffness can meet the requirements of the Winter Olympics competitions such as curling.
