鋼桁架輸煤皮帶走廊檢測(cè)及預(yù)應(yīng)力加固應(yīng)用研究*

[摘要]平頂山天安煤業(yè)有限公司一礦選煤廠901輸煤皮帶走廊建于20世紀(jì)80年代,經(jīng)過30多年的使用,鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)下弦及下弦節(jié)點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重銹蝕,桿件及節(jié)點(diǎn)板承載力已不滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,給生產(chǎn)帶來嚴(yán)重安全隱患。經(jīng)論證分析,在不影響正常生產(chǎn)的情況下,采用預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線加固方法,對(duì)鋼桁架進(jìn)行了整體加固,以轉(zhuǎn)移承載力不足的下弦桿件受力。通過理論及有限元計(jì)算分析,并經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉試驗(yàn),預(yù)應(yīng)力加固鋼桁架皮帶走廊方法具有高效、經(jīng)濟(jì)及施工方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),該方法可廣泛推廣應(yīng)用到該類型的皮帶走廊加固中。

Abstract:The 901 belt corridor of No.1 Mine Coal, Pingdingshan Tianan Coal Co.,  Ltd. was built in the 80′s of 20th century, after more than 30 years of use, the bottom chord and the  bottom chord  joints of the steel truss have appeared serious corrosion, the bearing capacity of the main bar and the joint plate can not meet the design requirements, which brings serious security risk to production. Without affecting the normal production, the stell truss was reinforced by the  prestressing  steel strand, and the stress of the bottom chord was greatly reduced. Through theoretical and finite element analysis, and through the field prestressed tensile test, prestressed reinforcement method of stell struss belt corridor has been proved to be very effective and has the advantages of economy and construction convenience, the method can be widely applied to the reinforcement of this type of belt corridor.
