超高層建筑電梯熱壓分布特性模擬研究*

[摘要]煙囪效應(yīng)會導(dǎo)致超高層建筑內(nèi)部的電梯門無法正常開關(guān)。應(yīng)用CONTAMW軟件對超高層建筑煙囪效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了模擬,對如何模擬超高層建筑的內(nèi)部構(gòu)件提出了簡化原則。并以某棟超高層建筑為例,詳細(xì)討論了建筑構(gòu)件的滲透特性、室內(nèi)外溫差、內(nèi)部隔斷設(shè)置等多個關(guān)鍵因素對電梯門兩側(cè)熱壓差的影響,指出提高圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的氣密性等級、設(shè)置內(nèi)部隔斷及對電梯進(jìn)行分段處理是解決煙囪效應(yīng)問題的最有效手段。

Simulation study on characteristics of thermal pressure distribution of elevators in super high-rise buildings

Abstract:The chimney effect causes elevator doors inside the high-rise buildings to fail to open and close. The CONTAMW software was used to simulate the chimney effect of super high-rise buildings, and simplified principles were proposed for how to simulate the internal components of super high-rise buildings. Taking a super high-rise building as an example, the influences of many key factors such as the infiltration property of the building components, the temperature difference between the interior and exterior, and the internal partition setting on the thermal pressure difference between the two sides of the elevator door were discussed in detail. It is the most effective way to solve the chimney effect problem by improving the air tightness grade of the enclosure structure, setting up the internal partition and subsection treatment of the elevator.
