［摘要］金橋現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)園（Ⅱ期）A區(qū)辦公樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度70m，采用框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,是由兩個(gè)雙塔組成的高位連體高層結(jié)構(gòu)，連接體跨度長(zhǎng)35m，寬15-5m,分布于8～15層。采用MIDAS Gen以及SATWE分別對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行小震彈性分析和中震、大震下的彈塑性分析。對(duì)比結(jié)構(gòu)各單塔及整體的受力性能，明確結(jié)構(gòu)連接體對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能的影響。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明，結(jié)構(gòu)能夠達(dá)到各水準(zhǔn)下的受力性能要求，滿(mǎn)足抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。

Analysis of a frame shear double-tower connected structure in Shanghai

Abstract:The office building in A district of Jinqiao Industrial Service Park(Ⅱ) was designed in the height of 70 meters with a frame-shear wall structural system. It is a two-tower-connected hybrid structure, where the suspended structure in between is 35m long, 15-5m wide. This suspended structure is built from the 8th floor to 15th floor. During the project, the structure was analyzed by software MIDAS Gen and SATWE. An elastic analysis of the structure under frequent earthquakes, and elasto-plastic analyses under fortification and rare earthquakes were carried out for structural performances in different degrees of earthquake. By comparing the mechanical behaviors between two individual towers and the connected hybrid structure, the influence of structural connector on the mechanical behavior of the structure was clarified. The analysis results show that the structure can meet all the standard requests of mechanical performance in building codes while satisfying the requirements of seismic performance.
