［摘要］以位于地震高烈度區(qū)某一小學(xué)綜合樓隔震設(shè)計(jì)為工程實(shí)例，討論了基礎(chǔ)隔震設(shè)計(jì)的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，對(duì)隔震結(jié)構(gòu)與非隔震結(jié)構(gòu)在各地震工況下的地震反應(yīng)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果表明，采用基礎(chǔ)隔震能顯著延長(zhǎng)主體結(jié)構(gòu)的周期，減小上部結(jié)構(gòu)所受的地震作用，上部結(jié)構(gòu)可根據(jù)減震系數(shù)按規(guī)范進(jìn)行降度抗震設(shè)計(jì)。初步分析了教育建筑采取隔震設(shè)計(jì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性和社會(huì)效益，對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)方在施工過(guò)程中保證隔震建筑質(zhì)量的監(jiān)管作用給出了合理建議。

Practical application of seismic isolation technology in educational building design

Abstract:The seismic isolation of a primary school complex building, which is located in a region of high seismic intensity, was taken as an engineering example. Several key links of base isolation design were discussed, and the seismic responses of the isolated structure and the non-isolated structure under different earthquake conditions were compared and analyzed. The results show that using the base isolation can significantly prolong the period of the main structure and reduce the seismic effect on the superstructure. The seismic design can be conducted to reduce seismic intensity effect on superstructure according to the damping coefficient of the code. The economic and social benefits of isolation design for educational buildings were analyzed preliminarily, and reasonable suggestions were given for the regulatory role of designers in ensuring the quality of isolated buildings during construction.
