預(yù)應(yīng)力安全殼內(nèi)壓作用下的有限元研究

[摘要]利用ABAQUS有限元軟件,應(yīng)用塑性損傷混凝土模型和考慮屈服后強(qiáng)度的多段線鋼質(zhì)材料模型,對(duì)閘門洞口、加腋區(qū)和扶壁等幾何非線性因素和預(yù)應(yīng)力筋、普通鋼筋和鋼襯里在不同區(qū)域的差異性進(jìn)行了精細(xì)化建模,對(duì)預(yù)應(yīng)力安全殼結(jié)構(gòu)在超設(shè)計(jì)基準(zhǔn)壓力下的力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了數(shù)值研究,并給出了各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)隨壓力增長(zhǎng)的發(fā)展規(guī)律,以期為預(yù)應(yīng)力安全殼結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)壓作用下的承載能力確定、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和安全評(píng)定提供一定的指導(dǎo)意義。

Finite element research on prestressed concrete containment under inner pressure

Abstract:The mechanical properties of prestressed concrete containment under pressure exceeding design reference requirement were studied by the finite element software ABAQUS. Concrete damaged plasticity  model and multi-segment line constitutive model of steel considering strength in post-yielding stage were used to establish refined model considering geometric nonlinear factors of strobe holes, haunch region and buttress, as well as the differences of prestressed tendon, common reinforcement and steel backing in different regions. The development laws of all indicators along with the inner pressure increasing were obtained, which could provide some guidance for bearing capacity determination, structural design and safety assessment of prestressed concrete containment under internal pressure in the structure.
