[摘要]對國家會(huì)展中心大空間展廳的預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了長期的健康監(jiān)測。通過在結(jié)構(gòu)中埋設(shè)應(yīng)變-溫度傳感器實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測結(jié)構(gòu)中混凝土的應(yīng)變和溫度,通過埋設(shè)穿心式壓力傳感器實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測預(yù)應(yīng)力筋束的錨下有效預(yù)壓力,錨下預(yù)壓力在施工時(shí)即進(jìn)行監(jiān)測,混凝土的應(yīng)變和溫度在1層結(jié)構(gòu)施工初步完成且監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)安裝調(diào)試完成后進(jìn)行測讀,均持續(xù)監(jiān)測至混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工完成后2-5年。結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測為了解國家會(huì)展中心預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的工作狀態(tài)提供了實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)支撐,對于確保施工階段及使用階段結(jié)構(gòu)的安全、適用起到了很好的作用,且混凝土應(yīng)變、溫度、預(yù)應(yīng)力束錨下有效壓力的實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)的分析結(jié)果對工程實(shí)踐與研究具有參考意義。

Structural health monitoring of the prestressed concrete frame structure in the National Exhibition and Convention Center

Abstract:Long-term structural health monitoring of the prestressed concrete frame structures in the National Exhibition and Convention Center was carried out. Strain and temperature of concrete were constantly measured by the strain-temperature sensors embeded in the structure. Effective prestressing force of prestressed bundle was constantly measured by the preset center hole pressure sensors, and the measurement of effective prestressing force began when the tendons were prestressed. While the measurement of strain and temperature was began after the 1st layer concrete structure was built and the monitoring system was established. All the monitoring continued until nearly 2.5 years after the concrete structure part were constructioned. Structural health monitoring′s measured data made it possible to know the working state of the prestressed concrete structure in the National Exhibition and Convention Center, this played an important role in ensuring the structure′s safety and serviceability both in the construction stage and service stage. Analysis of the measured data of strain, temperature and effective prestressing force would have some referential meaning to the engineering practice and study.
