[摘要]緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)是在有粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)和無粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)之后發(fā)展起來的一種新的預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)。為了掌握緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁的受力性能,對3根緩粘結(jié)部分預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁進(jìn)行了靜載試驗,并與1根有粘結(jié)部分預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁進(jìn)行對比,試驗過程中詳細(xì)記錄了試驗梁混凝土應(yīng)變、非預(yù)應(yīng)力筋應(yīng)變、緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力筋應(yīng)力增長、撓度以及裂縫開展情況,分析了預(yù)應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度比、普通鋼筋配筋率的影響,將有粘結(jié)和緩粘結(jié)部分預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁進(jìn)行了對比。試驗結(jié)果表明,緩粘結(jié)部分預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁的受力性能與有粘結(jié)部分預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁相近,甚至略優(yōu)于后者。

Static load test study on partially prestressed retard-bonded concrete beams

Abstract:Prestressed retard-bonded concrete is a new type of prestressed technique developed after the bonded prestressed technique and the unbond-prestressed technique. In order to master the mechanical performance of prestressed retard-bonded concrete beams, static load tests were conducted on three partially prestressed retard-bonded concrete beams, compared with one partially prestressed bonded prestressed concrete beams. The strain of concrete, the strain of non-prestressed tendons, the stress growth of prestressed retard-bonded tendons, the deflection and the development of cracks during the test were recorded in detail. The influences of degree of prestressing and ratio of normal steel rebar were analyzed. Partially prestressed bonded concrete beams were compared with partially prestressed retard-bonded concrete beams. Experimental results show that the mechanical behavior of partially prestressed retard-bonded concrete beams is similar to that of partially prestressed bonded concrete beams, and even slightly better than the latter.
