新型預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計理論與進展*

[摘要]結(jié)合國家行業(yè)標準《預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范》(JGJ 369—2016)、上海市《預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)程》(DGJ 0869—2015)以及相關(guān)研究內(nèi)容,從新理論、新結(jié)構(gòu)、新工藝及新材料等方面,對近十多年來我國預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)領(lǐng)域的一些進展進行介紹和分析。國家規(guī)范中強調(diào)了對次內(nèi)力的全面考慮,并根據(jù)有限元分析結(jié)果,指出了復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)中考慮空間次內(nèi)力的必要性。介紹了預(yù)應(yīng)力型鋼混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)、體外預(yù)應(yīng)力結(jié)構(gòu)、預(yù)應(yīng)力疊合構(gòu)件等結(jié)構(gòu)形式的設(shè)計方法,并指出了存在的不足及有待改進之處。闡述了環(huán)境溫度對緩粘結(jié)技術(shù)施工的重要影響及設(shè)計、施工階段的注意事項,宜避開高溫季節(jié)作業(yè)。

Research progress and design theory of modern prestressed concrete structure

Abstract:According to the national industry standard Code for design of prestressed concrete structures (JGJ 369—2016), Code for design of prestressed concrete structures of Shanghai (DGJ 08-69—2015) and the related research contents, some progress in China′s prestressed concrete structure design field in the past more than ten years were introduced and analyzed from the aspects of new theory, new structure, new technology and new materials. The general consideration of secondary internal forces was emphasized in the national code, and the necessity of considering the secondary internal forces in complex structures was pointed out according to the results of finite element analysis. Design methods of prestressed steel reinforced concrete structures, external prestressed structures and prestressed composite structures were introduced, and the shortcomings the areas for improvement were pointed out. The important influence of ambient temperature on the construction of delayed bonding technology and the matters needing attention in design and construction stages were discussed. It should avoid operation in high temperature season.
