模塊化預(yù)應(yīng)力預(yù)制混凝土樓板承載力試驗及分析*

[摘要]模塊化預(yù)應(yīng)力預(yù)制混凝土樓板是由預(yù)制成型的若干塊帶空腔的混凝土標(biāo)準(zhǔn)單元板通過預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋串聯(lián)而成,有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度高、安裝方便、自重輕、抗彎剛度大及承載力高等優(yōu)勢,具有很好的應(yīng)用前景。以跨度為6 160mm的模塊化預(yù)應(yīng)力預(yù)制混凝土樓板為對象,通過豎向靜載試驗和有限元模擬研究樓板的受力性能、破壞形式和極限承載力。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)試驗荷載達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值時,樓板的撓度最大值和中央兩標(biāo)準(zhǔn)單元板接觸面下端縫隙寬度均滿足正常使用極限狀態(tài)下樓板的剛度和裂縫要求;樓板的極限承載力為16-99kN/m2,完全能滿足一般建筑對樓板承載力的要求;樓板的破壞形式為中央折斷,中央兩標(biāo)準(zhǔn)單元板接觸面上端混凝土被壓碎,下層預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋屈服。

Experimental investigation and analysis of modular prestressed precast concrete slab

Abstract:Modular prestressed precast concrete slab is composed of several prefabricated concrete standard blocks with holes connected by prestressed steel bars. This concrete slab has the advantages of high degree of standardization, easy installation, light weight, high bending rigidity and high bearing capacity, and it has a good application prospect. Taking this new modular prestressed precast concrete slab with span of 6 160mm as an object, vertical static loading test and finite element simulation research were conducted to investigate the mechanical properties, failure modes and ultimate bearing capacity of the  slab. The main conclusions are as follows: when the testing load reach to the standard value, the maximum deflection of the slab specimen and the gap width at the bottom of the contact surface between the central two standard blocks satisfy the stiffness and crack requirements of the floor slab under the normal limit state; The ultimate bearing capacity of the slab is 16-99kN/m2, which can completely satisfy the requirement of the general building for the bearing capacity of the floor slab; The failure modes of the slab specimen feature the central fracture, and concrete at top of the contact surface of the central two standard blocks is crushed, and prestressed bars of bottom layer yield.
