［摘要］為研究具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的鋼筋螺旋插筋連接技術(shù)性能，設(shè)計(jì)制作了48個(gè)試件，進(jìn)行了單向拉伸試驗(yàn)。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果，總結(jié)了各試件的破壞模式和各因素的影響規(guī)律，得到了鋼筋極限漿錨長(zhǎng)度試驗(yàn)值，并通過(guò)理論分析建立了鋼筋極限漿錨長(zhǎng)度計(jì)算公式。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和理論計(jì)算結(jié)果，建議鋼筋螺旋插筋連接技術(shù)工程應(yīng)用的鋼筋漿錨長(zhǎng)度取15d。試驗(yàn)和理論研究結(jié)果表明，鋼筋螺旋插筋連接性能良好、構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單、成本低廉，適用于預(yù)制構(gòu)件縱向鋼筋的連接，具有很好的推廣價(jià)值。

Abstract:In order to study the independent intellectual property right of technical performance of connection of spiral joint bar with reinforced bar, 48 specimens were designed and tested under uniaxial tension. According to the test results, the failure modes of various specimens and the influence law of various factors were summarized. The experimental data of the ultimate grouted anchor length of the reinforced bar were obtained, and the relevant formula for calculating the ultimate grouted length was established by theoretical analysis. According to the experimental data and the theoretical calculation results, it was suggested that the length of the grouted anchor applied to engineering of connection of spiral joint bar with reinforced bar was 15d. The results of test and theoretical research show that the technical performance of connection of spiral joint bar with reinforced bar is good  with simple structure and low cost. It is suitable for the connection of longitudinal reinforced bar of prefabricated components, and has good popularization value.
