基于X射線數(shù)字成像的預制剪力墻套筒灌漿連接質量檢測技術研究*

[摘要]結合工程實際設計了預制剪力墻試件和預制夾心保溫剪力墻試件,開展了基于X射線數(shù)字成像法(DR)的檢測技術研究,并和X射線膠片成像法、X射線計算機成像法(CR)進行了對比。研究結果表明:DR檢測技術用于預制剪力墻或預制夾心保溫剪力墻中單排居中套筒或梅花形布置套筒的灌漿質量的檢測是可行的,用于雙排對稱布置套筒的灌漿質量檢測,必要時需要結合破損法進行判別;與膠片成像檢測技術和CR檢測技術相比,DR檢測技術成像更為清晰,在預制剪力墻套筒灌漿連接質量的檢測中應用前景十分廣闊。

Study on inspection technology for sleeve grouting connection quality of precast shear wall based on X-ray digital radiography method

Abstract:Combined with engineering practice, precast shear wall specimens and precast sandwich insulation shear wall specimens were designed, and the inspection technology study was conducted based on the X-ray digital radiography  method(DR), which was compared with the X-ray film radiography method and the X-ray computed radiography method(CR). Study results indicate that: the DR inspection technology is feasible for grouting quality inspection for single row centered sleeves or plum blossom arranged sleeves in precast shear wall or precast sandwich insulation shear wall, but for double row symmetrically arranged sleeves, the destructive inspection method should be combined to judge the grouting quality when necessary; compared with the X-ray film radiography and CR inspection technology, DR inspection technology has clearer imaging effect, which will be widely used in the testing for sleeve grouting connection quality of precast shear wall structure.
