預(yù)應(yīng)力大懸挑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)索-鋼轉(zhuǎn)換節(jié)點足尺模型試驗與設(shè)計研究

(1 中國航空規(guī)劃建設(shè)發(fā)展有限公司,北京 100120;2 北京交通大學(xué),北京 100044;3 中國建筑科學(xué)研究院,北京 100013)[摘要]對預(yù)應(yīng)力索-鋼轉(zhuǎn)換節(jié)點進行力學(xué)性能分析、足尺模型試驗研究和ANSYS模擬分析。通過對三種方法預(yù)應(yīng)力損失及摩擦性能的對比分析,總結(jié)了預(yù)應(yīng)力損失、摩擦系數(shù)的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,預(yù)應(yīng)力損失隨著荷載的增加而緩慢增加并最終趨于恒定值;摩擦系數(shù)在加載初期急劇增加,隨著荷載加大摩擦系數(shù)呈遞減趨勢,最終趨于恒定值。試驗、有限元和力學(xué)分析結(jié)果表明,三種方法預(yù)應(yīng)力損失計算結(jié)果吻合良好。預(yù)應(yīng)力損失的試驗測試和施工措施以及預(yù)應(yīng)力索的錨固試驗,可供此類預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程參考。[關(guān)鍵詞]索-鋼轉(zhuǎn)換節(jié)點;預(yù)應(yīng)力損失;摩擦;超張拉Full-scale model experiment and research of large span prestressed cable-member transfer connectionZhang Guojun1, Ge Jiaqi1, Gu Peng2, Chen Dan2, Tian Chunyu3, Chen Tao3(1 China Aviation Planning and Construction Development Co., Ltd., Beijing 100120, China;2 Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing 100044, China; 3 China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China)Abstract:Mechanical capability of prestressed cable-member transfer connection, full\|scale model experiment and nonlinear contact friction finite element stimulation were analyzed. By contrasting prestressed loss and frictional capability of three methods, the mutative rules of prestressed loss and frictional coefficient were summarized. The research shows that prestressed loss slowly increases with the increase of load until one steady count at last. Frictional coefficient increases quickly in the initial stage, decreases with the increasing of load until one steady count at last. Results of prestressed loss of three methods are coincident.
