［摘要］預(yù)制混凝土構(gòu)件的擱置節(jié)點(diǎn)可分為剛性和柔性?xún)纱箢?lèi)。對(duì)于剛性擱置節(jié)點(diǎn)，需驗(yàn)算預(yù)制構(gòu)件及支承構(gòu)件的混凝土局部受壓承載力，而對(duì)于柔性擱置節(jié)點(diǎn)，尚需對(duì)墊板的性能進(jìn)行驗(yàn)算。在對(duì)中外相關(guān)資料進(jìn)行總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合中國(guó)工程應(yīng)用特點(diǎn)，研究了擱置節(jié)點(diǎn)的局部受壓承載力、預(yù)埋鋼板和橡膠墊板性能、最小擱置長(zhǎng)度、防護(hù)措施等關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題，系統(tǒng)提出了預(yù)制混凝土構(gòu)件擱置節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)方法，并通過(guò)算例加以說(shuō)明。

Design method for bearing connection of precast concrete member

Abstract:Bearing connections of precast concrete member can be divided into rigid bearing and soft bearing. For rigid bearing connection, local compression bearing capacity of precast member and bearing member needs to be checked. For soft bearing connection, the performance of bearing pad is another aspect to be checked. Based on summarizing relevant codes in China and foreign countries, and combining the application characteristics of Chinese engineering, some key problems were studied such as local compression bearing capacity of bearing connection, the performance of embedded steel plate and the rubber bearing pad, the minimum shelving length and protective measures, and design method for bearing connection was promoted systematically, which was illustrated by an example.
