［摘要］隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的高速推進(jìn)，多、高層工業(yè)化住宅已成為建筑工程界的發(fā)展熱點(diǎn)。對(duì)一種適用于高層大空間住宅的新型工業(yè)化建筑體系——斜撐增強(qiáng)型鋼框架剪力墻裝配式住宅體系進(jìn)行了研究，以實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)和模塊化生產(chǎn)為原則，介紹了該結(jié)構(gòu)體系的基本構(gòu)成，歸納和評(píng)述了該結(jié)構(gòu)體系的特點(diǎn)。同時(shí)，對(duì)一棟20層高層住宅進(jìn)行算例分析，考察了斜撐增強(qiáng)型鋼框架-剪力墻裝配式住宅體系應(yīng)用于高層住宅的可行性，驗(yàn)證了斜撐增強(qiáng)型鋼框架-剪力墻裝配式住宅體系是一種適應(yīng)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化需求、極具推廣價(jià)值和發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ男滦弯摻Y(jié)構(gòu)住宅體系。

Study on new type industrialization construction system fitting for high-rise residential buildings with large space

Abstract:With the rapid development of urbanization in China, multi-story and high-rise industrialized residential buildings have become a hot spot in the construction-engineering field. As a new type industrialized construction system fitting for high-rise residential buildings with large space, the oblique support enhanced steel frame-shear wall assembled housing system was studied. Under the principal of standardized design and modular production, the basic structure of the system was introduced and characteristics of the system was summarized and evaluated. To test the feasibility of the  system in the application of high-rise residential buildings, a 20-storey high-rise building was taken as an example. The result proves that the oblique support enhanced steel frame-shear wall assembled system is a new type steel structural residential system that has met the demand of the residence industrialization, and has a good prospect of being popularized and used in the modern construction engineering field.
