弦桿受拉大直徑空間相貫節(jié)點足尺模型試驗與設(shè)計研究

[摘要]以貴陽奧體中心主體育場工程為背景,針對空間鋼管桁架屋蓋受拉上弦相貫節(jié)點,進行足尺節(jié)點極限承載力破壞試驗。對節(jié)點試驗過程和破壞現(xiàn)象進行了深入研究,分析了各加載階段相貫節(jié)點的應(yīng)力分布情況及整個加載過程塑性區(qū)的開展過程,結(jié)合有限元分析對空間相貫節(jié)點破壞機理進行分析研究,并應(yīng)用有限元軟件模擬試驗加載過程進行非線性計算,分析節(jié)點破壞準則。按提出的節(jié)點設(shè)計承載力準則判定節(jié)點設(shè)計承載力,并與規(guī)范計算值進行比較。針對規(guī)范主弦桿受拉則不考慮主弦桿軸力變化對節(jié)點承載力的影響,進行主弦桿軸力變化對節(jié)點承載力影響的非線性有限元分析,并與規(guī)范計算值比較。研究表明,無論支弦桿受拉或受壓,隨主弦桿拉力的增加,節(jié)點承載力逐漸降低。

Full-scale model experiment and research of large diameter steel tubular spatial penetrated joint with chord bearing tension

Abstract:The damage test of ultimate bearing capacity for the full-scale joint of large diameter penetrated pipes with chord bearing tension was performed for the steel roof of the main stadium in Guiyang Olympic Sports Center. For the sake of further research on test process and damage phenomenon of the joint, both the damage pattern and the damage determination criteria of this type of joint were determined by analyzing the stress distribution of penetrated joint during each loading step and the plastic zone development process during the whole loading process, as well as studying the damage mechanics of spatial penetrated joint using finite element analysis (FEA). The design bearing capacity of this joint with chord bearing tension was studied through experiment, compared to the results from the local code and FEA, using the design bearing capacity criteria. The effect of the chord tension on the bearing capacity of the spatial penetrated joint were studied by FEA, the local code and the design bearing capacity criteria. The results show that the bearing capacity decreases gradually with the tension of chord increasing.
