弦桿受壓大直徑空間相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)足尺模型試驗(yàn)與設(shè)計(jì)研究

[摘要]針對(duì)貴陽(yáng)奧體中心主體育場(chǎng)罩篷空間鋼管桁架屋蓋中的上、下弦相貫節(jié)點(diǎn),進(jìn)行了足尺節(jié)點(diǎn)破壞試驗(yàn)。詳細(xì)介紹了試驗(yàn)方案、過(guò)程、現(xiàn)象和結(jié)果。根據(jù)試件的受力全過(guò)程特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析,了解各加載階段相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)的應(yīng)力分布情況,得出了此工程節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞模式。并運(yùn)用有限元軟件,從應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變和位移三方面對(duì)鋼管相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行全過(guò)程屈曲分析。揭示了相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力性能、塑性區(qū)的擴(kuò)展過(guò)程和節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變分布狀態(tài),進(jìn)一步確定了空間相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞準(zhǔn)則和承載力確定準(zhǔn)則。將節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果、有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果和規(guī)范計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,并對(duì)空間相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)的空間相關(guān)性予以分析和探討。

Full-scale model experiment and research of large diameter steel tubularspatial penetrated joint with compression chord

Abstract:The full-scale joints were made to conduct collapse test for the top and bottom chords of the tubular space truss of the roof, which is based on the main stadium of Guiyang Olympic Sports Center. The test scheme, process, phenomenon, and results were introduced. The collapse models were generated by performing analysis of the test data and comprehending the stress distribution status of the connections on each load sub-step according to the full-step loading test character. The elasto-plastic finite element analysis (FEA) was performed for the connections to obtain the stress, strain and displacement by considering geometric and material nonlinearity, and demonstrate the strength capacity, plastic development zone, as well as stress and strain distribution status of the connections. In order to make sure the criterion for bearing capacity and damage criterion of tubular space joint, the design strength capacity of the joints was calculated based on national code compared to the results from full-scale test and FEA analysis. The spatial relation of spatial joints was discussed.
