［摘要］華星時(shí)代廣場(chǎng)5層退臺(tái)式大空間中庭封板采用鋼框架壓型鋼板非組合樓蓋的加層改造方案。結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工條件，通過整體分析計(jì)算，著重探討了結(jié)構(gòu)加層方案的確定，提出了鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)在改造工程中的運(yùn)用，闡述了錨桿靜壓樁對(duì)原樁基礎(chǔ)及承臺(tái)的加固方法，介紹了已有混凝土梁柱及節(jié)點(diǎn)的補(bǔ)強(qiáng)措施，供類似項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)參考使用。

Abstract:The storey-adding transformation scheme by applying profiled steel-concrete non-composite floor slabs with steel frame was adopted in the large set-back model atrium of Huaxing Times Square. Combining with structure analysis and construction condition, the determination of structure storey-adding scheme was discussed, and the application of steel frame in transformation project was proposed. The strengthening method of original pile cap by using anchor jacked pile was also proposed. The reinforcement measures of original concrete beam, column and beam-column joints were introduced, which can be referenced in similar project design.
