[摘要]建于海中孤島上體型復雜的某鋼筋混凝土雙塔建筑獨立面對強大的海風和地震作用,采取了若干措施仍無法達到安全使用要求。最終采用豎向連體鋼支撐桁架方案將雙塔捆綁起來共同工作,不但建筑物使用安全達到現(xiàn)行國家標準要求,而且降低了工程造價;通過采用粘滯阻尼器,大大降低了風和地震作用,有效改善了建筑物的使用功能。

Structural design and analysis of the bonded double-tower structure on the island

Abstract:The complicated RC double-tower structure built on the island can not meet the safety regulation under wind and earthquake action. A new design scheme was proposed which bonds the double towers by vertical steel\|braced truss. This scheme can not only make the double\|tower structure meet the national standard qualification, but also reduce the engineering cost. Viscous damper was also taken to control the vibration caused by wind and earthquake action, which improved the structural performance effectively.
