[摘要]實踐中發(fā)現(xiàn)工字形鋼吊車梁上翼緣容易出現(xiàn)疲勞裂縫,由此國內(nèi)外部分專家建議使用焊接雙腹板的箱形吊車梁,然而最近幾年發(fā)現(xiàn),焊接雙腹板的箱形吊車梁上翼緣與腹板連接焊縫也易出現(xiàn)疲勞裂縫。基于某廠房箱形吊車梁現(xiàn)場測試檢驗結(jié)果,對箱形吊車梁上翼緣與腹板連接處的疲勞問題進行了應(yīng)力狀態(tài)分析,指出箱形鋼吊車梁“頸部效應(yīng)”的疲勞機理,并提出了實用的加固方案。

Fatigue performance study on upper flange weld area of box crane girders in heavy-duty industrial workshop

Abstract:Due to the top flange weld of I-shaped steel crane girders often appears fatigue damage such as cracking, some national and international experts suggest that box crane girder with welded double-web is used. However, the problem has been found that it easily appears fatigue cracking at the connecting weld between top flange and web of box crane girder with welded double-web in recent years. Based on the field test results of a box crane girder of an industrial workshop, stress analysis was carried out for the fatigue problem mentioned above, fatigue mechanism of “neck effect” for box crane steel girders was pointed out and the reasonable reinforcement scheme was put forward.
