大直徑后注漿鉆孔壓灌樁在某地鐵車(chē)輛段的應(yīng)用

[摘要]北京地鐵7號(hào)線焦化廠車(chē)輛段為北京市首個(gè)全埋式地下車(chē)輛段,總建筑面積約29萬(wàn)m2,基礎(chǔ)采用樁基礎(chǔ)+防水板結(jié)構(gòu)形式。在對(duì)地質(zhì)條件進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合樁基成樁工藝,對(duì)初步設(shè)計(jì)樁長(zhǎng)30m的泥漿護(hù)壁旋挖鉆孔灌注樁進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。新樁基采用長(zhǎng)螺旋鉆孔壓灌樁一次成樁,通過(guò)樁端后注漿技術(shù),樁長(zhǎng)縮短12m,節(jié)約了工期,增強(qiáng)了成樁質(zhì)量?;鶚稒z測(cè)結(jié)果表明,全部新基樁符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。

Application of post grouting bored pile with large diameter in metro depot

Abstract:Jiaohuachang Metro Depot of Beijing Metro Line 7 is a first complete underground metro depot in Beijing with the total construction area of 290 000m2. The foundation adopts structural form of pile foundation and waterproof plate. Based on detailed analysis of the geological and hydrogeological data, the 30m-long rotating drill bored pile with slurry protection was optimized combined with pile foundation forming technology. The new pile foundation adopted bored pile with long auger to form the pile in only one drill. Through the post grouting technology of the pile end, the pile length shortens 12m, saves the construction period, and enhances the quality of the pile formation. Pile foundation testing results show that all new piles can meet the design requirements.
