帶樓板空間RC框架夾心節(jié)點(diǎn)抗震性能試驗(yàn)研究*

摘 要

[摘要]有關(guān)抗震設(shè)計(jì)和施工規(guī)范要求節(jié)點(diǎn)核心區(qū)澆筑與柱相同強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的混凝土從而形成傳統(tǒng)節(jié)點(diǎn),但這會(huì)產(chǎn)生支模困難、施工縫難以處理、施工質(zhì)量不易保證等問(wèn)題。節(jié)點(diǎn)核心區(qū)澆筑與梁板相同強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的混凝土,當(dāng)梁柱混凝土強(qiáng)度相差超過(guò)2個(gè)等級(jí)時(shí)形成所謂的夾心節(jié)點(diǎn),則可能解決這些問(wèn)題,但其抗震性能尚不明確。為了研究夾心節(jié)點(diǎn)與傳統(tǒng)節(jié)點(diǎn)抗震性能的區(qū)別,對(duì)2組4個(gè)分別相差3個(gè)與4個(gè)強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)點(diǎn)與夾心節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了低周往復(fù)試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,除梁柱相差4個(gè)強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的夾心節(jié)點(diǎn)發(fā)生節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)剪切破壞外,其余3個(gè)試件均發(fā)生梁端彎曲破壞;在中低軸壓比條件下,當(dāng)梁柱混凝土強(qiáng)度之比小于1-5時(shí),節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)可直接采用與梁相同強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的混凝土澆筑;夾心節(jié)點(diǎn)的梁端承載力、梁縱筋粘結(jié)錨固能力、變形及耗能能力略低于傳統(tǒng)節(jié)點(diǎn)。

Experimental research on seismic performance of sandwich joint of spatial RC frame with floors

Abstract:In relevant seismic design and construction specifications, it′s required that concrete poured into core zone of joint should be in same strength grade as concrete poured into columns  to form the traditional joint. However it will produce problems as difficulty in formwork construction, difficulty in dealing with the construction seam, hard guarantee of construction quality etc. Concrete cast in the core zone of the joint should have the same strength grade as that cast in beam and slab, but it will form so-called sandwich joint if the strength grade of concrete cast in beam and column is more than 2 grades, and it may solve these problems. The seismic performance of sandwich joint is not clear. In order to study the difference between the seismic performances of the sandwich joint and the traditional joint, low cyclic loading tests were conducted on 4 specimens of 2 groups with differences in 4 or 5 levels of strength grades between the traditional joints and the sandwich joints. The experimental results show that, shear failure happens in joint zone of sandwich joint with 4 levels of difference in strength grade of concrete of the beam and column, and the other three specimens have bending failure in beam ends. Under medium-low axial compression ratio, when concrete strength ratio of beam and column is less than 1-5, the joint zone can be directly cast using the concrete with the same strength grade as that in beam concrete. Bearing capacity of the beam ends, bond and anchorage capacity of beam longitudinal reinforcement, deformation and energy dissipation capacity of the sandwich joint are slightly lower than those of the traditional joint.
