津?yàn)硰V場(chǎng)9號(hào)樓超高層混合結(jié)構(gòu)長(zhǎng)期豎向變形分析*

[摘要]超高層混合結(jié)構(gòu)中廣泛采用大尺寸混凝土構(gòu)件,其收縮、徐變?cè)谑┕そY(jié)束階段以后仍有較大發(fā)展,導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)封頂時(shí)的變形差與長(zhǎng)期使用階段變形差有較大差異。建立天津津?yàn)硰V場(chǎng)9號(hào)樓有限元模型,采用CEB-FIP(90)收縮、徐變模型,對(duì)其進(jìn)行施工階段以及長(zhǎng)期使用階段豎向變形分析,總結(jié)兩個(gè)階段結(jié)構(gòu)的變形及變形差規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,收縮對(duì)剪力墻核心筒長(zhǎng)期變形增長(zhǎng)起到很大作用,筒體沿樓層的變形由施工階段的拋物線型過渡到線性,筒體-鋼框柱變形差有4倍增長(zhǎng),長(zhǎng)期變形不可忽略。

Analysis on long-term vertical deformation of hybrid structure of No.9 super  high-rise building of Jinwan Square

Abstract:Large size concrete members are widely used in hybrid structure of super high-rise buildings, and concrete shrinkage and creep keep increasing quickly after construction, thus leading to a large difference between the deformation difference in structure completion stage and the deformation difference in  long-term use stage. Based on CEB-FIP (90) shrinkage and creep model, a finite element model of No.9 building of Jinwan Square in Tianjin was built, and vertical deformation analysis on the model was conducted for stages of construction and long-term use respectively. The laws of deformation and deformation difference in two stages were summarized. Results show that shrinkage contributes a lot to long-term deformation of corewall and shear wall. Deformation of the corewall along the layer changes from parabolic curve in the construction stage to linear curve. Deformation difference between corewall and steel frame column has four times growth and long-term deformation should not be neglected.
