[摘要]武漢中心塔樓高區(qū)采用上掛下承式轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu),由于建筑功能對下承轉(zhuǎn)換梁的截面限制,轉(zhuǎn)換梁無法承受按剛度分配傳至其上的荷載。探索通過對施工過程的設(shè)定來調(diào)整荷載傳遞途徑的設(shè)計(jì)方法,以達(dá)到降低轉(zhuǎn)換梁負(fù)擔(dān)荷載的目的,并對設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)定的施工過程進(jìn)行施工模擬分析,驗(yàn)證其調(diào)整結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力分布的效果,計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,設(shè)計(jì)方案能方便實(shí)施,并可以達(dá)到預(yù)期效果。

Design method of internal force redistribution by controlling construction process and its application in Wuhan Center

Abstract:The transfer structure, which is hung on the upper floor and connected with lower floor, is adopted in high zone of Wuhan Center Tower. Because the building function has restrictions for the cross section of the transfer beam connected with lower floor, so the transfer beam can not afford the loads that are distributed on it according to the stiffness distribution. The setting of the construction process was explored to adjust the design method for load transfer way, in order to reduce the load burden of transfer beam. And construction simulation analysis was conducted on construction process set by design, in order to verify the effect of the adjustment of structural internal force distribution. The calculation results show that the design scheme can be conveniently implemented, and can achieve the desired effect.
