[摘要]溧水紫金(永陽)科技創(chuàng)業(yè)園會展中心建筑總體外形呈復(fù)雜的空間球形曲面,采用輕型的大跨度空間單層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)體系。設(shè)計(jì)過程中,分析了作用于結(jié)構(gòu)的恒荷載、活荷載、風(fēng)荷載、溫度以及地震作用,并對各種工況進(jìn)行組合,分析結(jié)構(gòu)靜力、動力特性,考察桿件承載力及結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性。分析結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)拓?fù)湔倚慰蓪?shí)現(xiàn)桿件的最優(yōu)化,高曲率空間雙曲面為網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)提供了良好的整體穩(wěn)定性;應(yīng)用直接分析設(shè)計(jì)法對網(wǎng)殼進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定性分析時,考慮結(jié)構(gòu)整體與構(gòu)件初始幾何缺陷,可準(zhǔn)確地反映結(jié)構(gòu)受力和穩(wěn)定性情況。

Structural design of curtain wall structure of Exhibition Center in Lishui Zijin (Yong Yang) Industrial Park

Abstract:The overall appearance of Exhibition Center in Lishui Zijin (Yong Yang) Industrial Park is a complicated space spherical surface. Lightweight large-span spatial single-layer reticulated shell structural system was adopted. In the design process, the effects on the structure were analyzed including constant load, live load, wind load, temperature and earthquake action, and the various working condition were combined to analyze static and dynamic characteristics of structure, bearing capacity of components and structure stability. Analysis results show that using topology to determine component shape can optimize components. High curvature spatial hyperboloid provides a good overall stability for latticed shell structure. Application of direct analysis and design method in stability analysis of latticed shell can accurately reflect the mechanical and stability conditions, when considering the initial geometric imperfection in overall structure and components.
