[摘要]由于建筑立面及建筑功能的需求,蘇河灣41街坊41C多處采用了轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu),其中2層北面大廳使用了搭接柱轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)。為了保證結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性,用SATWE和MIDAS/Building進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)整體分析,計(jì)算結(jié)果表明各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均符合《建筑抗震設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50011—2010)要求。根據(jù)搭接柱轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的受力特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行了與搭接塊相連的梁、板結(jié)構(gòu)的受力分析以及搭接塊的設(shè)計(jì)和應(yīng)力分析,分析結(jié)果表明,在搭接塊寬度較小的情況下,與搭接塊相連的梁、板的設(shè)計(jì)由罕遇地震作用結(jié)果控制,并且應(yīng)通過(guò)加強(qiáng)措施增強(qiáng)其軸向剛度。除了按設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)對(duì)搭接塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)外,還可設(shè)置芯柱以增加其延性。

Transfer structure design of lapping column of Building 41C in No.41 Neighborhood of Suhe Creek

Abstract:Because of the facade and function requirements, Building 41C in No.41 Neighborhood of Suhe Creek adopts multiple transfer structures among which lapping column transfer structure is used in the 2nd floor of the north hall. In order to ensure the safety of the structure, structural integral analysis was carried out using SATWE and MIDAS/Building. The calculation results show that all the indexes are in compliance with the requirements of Code for seismic design of buildings(GB 50011—2010). According to the mechanical characteristics of lapping transfer structure, force analysis of beams and slabs connected with the lapping block were carried out as well as design and stress analysis of the lapping columns. Analysis results show that when the width of lapping block is small, design of the adjacent beams and floors is controlled by results of rare earthquake action, and it is necessary to take measures to strengthen the axial stiffness of them. Besides the design points, setting core-column in lapping block to increase its ductility can be adopted.
