[摘要]以上海世博會主題館張弦桁架結構體系為背景,采用推廣的“狀態(tài)確定”的施工過程逆向分析方法對該屋蓋結構進行施工過程分析,研究了施工張拉順序、張拉分級對張拉過程中結構變形和構件內力的影響,追蹤了結構幾何力學體系成形過程,并對比分析了施工張拉的理論值和實測值。分析結果表明:對于該屋蓋結構,單榀依次張拉張弦桁架的三級張拉方案能極好地控制結構在張拉過程中的最大位移響應和內力響應,為最優(yōu)的施工張拉方案;結構施工模擬能較好地指導實際結構的施工張拉。

Analysis on construction process of truss string structure

Abstract:Based on the truss string structure of Theme Pavilion for Shanghai World Expo 2010, retrogressive analysis method was adopted to simulate the construction process of the structure. The influence of tension sequence and number of tension steps on the structural performance was analyzed, including internal force and deformation. Contrastive analysis between the numerical values and the theoretical analysis was also considered. The results show that the three-tension-step scheme which tensions the truss string structure step by step can minimize the structure response, including displacement and internal force, which is determined to be the optimal construction scheme of the structure. The construction process simulations of structure can greatly guide the tension of the structure.
