[摘要]針對大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工過程中較為復雜的受力問題,以哈爾濱某滑雪場工程為例,對其鋼桁架屋蓋進行施工過程模擬分析,研究了由施工產(chǎn)生的附加應(yīng)力對桿件的影響;利用有限元方法,分析提升吊具的強度和剛度;通過多尺度有限元法,探究提升吊點的受力性能。結(jié)果表明:在考慮了不同步效應(yīng)的提升施工中,被提升結(jié)構(gòu)的桿件強度能夠滿足要求;提升架在提升反力等荷載作用下,能夠滿足設(shè)計要求;由于附加應(yīng)力的存在,需對不滿足承載力要求的桿件進行替換;提升吊具和吊點均滿足設(shè)計要求。分析中多個計算參數(shù)的選擇,具有較高的準確性,對同類工程分析研究有借鑒意義。

Lifting construction analysis on a large-span steel truss roof structure

Abstract:A ski field project in Harbin was taken as an example to study the complex mechanical problems in large-span steel structure construction process. Construction process simulation analysis was carried out on its steel truss roof to study the influence of construction-generated additional stress on the members. The finite element analysis method was used to analyze the strength and stiffness of the lifting tools. Multi-scale finite element analysis method was used to study the mechanical properties of the lifting points. Results show that: the bar strength of lifted structure can meet the requirements in lifting construction when considering the non-synchronous effect; lifting frame can meet the design requirements under lifting reaction force loads; the bars that cannot meet the bearing capacity requirements should be replaced due to the existence of the additional stress; lifting tools and lifting points fulfill design requirements. The selection of various calculation parameters in analysis is accurate, providing reference significance for analysis and study of similar engineering.
