鋼板混凝土剪力墻抗剪栓釘設(shè)計(jì)方法研究

[摘要]鋼板混凝土剪力墻廣泛用于超高層混合結(jié)構(gòu),鋼板與混凝土之間的組合作用,使其有著高的承載力、良好的剛度和延性,鋼板與混凝土之間抗剪連接件設(shè)計(jì)是實(shí)現(xiàn)這種組合作用的關(guān)鍵保障,目前設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中尚未有針對(duì)這種平面構(gòu)件連接件的定量計(jì)算方法。在總結(jié)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)鋼板混凝土剪力墻的受力特點(diǎn),提出了鋼板與混凝土的正截面和斜截面的界面剪力的計(jì)算方法,進(jìn)而得到總界面剪力,據(jù)此來計(jì)算連接件(栓釘)的需求量,在界面上分區(qū)布置;探討了栓釘布置方式和鋼板局部穩(wěn)定性對(duì)栓釘間距的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)梅花形布置能適當(dāng)增加栓釘間距,給出了不同布置方式并考慮鋼板局部穩(wěn)定時(shí)栓釘間距與鋼板厚度比的最大值。最后,以一實(shí)際混合結(jié)構(gòu)工程為例,探討了上述方法的適用性,可供設(shè)計(jì)參考。

Research on design method of shear studs in steel plate-concrete shear walls

Abstract:Steel plate-concrete shear wall is widely used in tall structures,which has high capacity, well stiffness and ductility due to the composite action between steel plate and concrete. Shear connectors play very important role for the composite action in design of steel plate-concrete shear wall. At present, there is no calculation method for plane shear members like steel plate-concrete shear wall in relative specifications. The method of assessing interface shear force was proposed including normal and diagonal sections based on investigations into regulations and researches. Then total interface shear force was gained, the amount of studs was determined according to interface shear force, and studs were arranged in different zone according to load distribution. At the same time, relationship between stud spacing and arrangement mode of studs or local stability of steel plate was discussed, triangle arrangement mode can increase stud spacing and ratios between stud spacing and steel plate thickness was suggested. Lastly, the proposed method was applied to an actual engineering and confirmed as reference in the design.
