[摘要]高新區(qū)聯(lián)合總部大廈塔樓建筑高度241-0m,采用框架核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)。主要介紹了工程的結(jié)構(gòu)體系及特點,針對結(jié)構(gòu)樁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)動力特性及筒體剪力墻洞口跨度和高度對結(jié)構(gòu)特性的影響、型鋼柱向上和向下延伸的高度等問題進行分析,并提出了合理的解決方案,確保整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的安全可靠及經(jīng)濟合理。

Structural design of joint headquarters building in Shenzhen High-tech Zone

Abstract: The joint headquarters building in Shenzhen High-tech Zone is a super high-rise building, and the structure height is 241-0m.According to the characteristics of the project, frame-core tube structure is adopted. Pile foundation design, structure dynamic characteristics, the coupling beam span and height on the influence of the structural characteristics and the height of SRC columns were analyzed, then reasonal solution methods were given. Corresponding seismic strengthening measures were taken to prove that the structure is safe and economical.
