[摘要]根據(jù)國內外關于鋼管混凝土粘結滑移性能的理論和試驗研究成果,介紹了鋼管混凝土的粘結機理,對鋼管混凝土粘結強度的研究現(xiàn)狀、粘結強度的取值和影響粘結強度的主要因素進行了綜合分析和比較。分析結果表明,混凝土強度、養(yǎng)護條件、收縮性能、試件長細比和抗剪鍵的設置等因素對鋼管混凝土粘結強度的影響尚未達成統(tǒng)一認識,特別是工程中應用較多的抗剪鍵的設置機理還需做進一步的深入探討;提出了一種新型的花紋鋼管混凝土結構,此結構利用鋼管內壁的凸起花紋來提高鋼管與混凝土的自然粘結強度,具有安全、經濟、施工方便的優(yōu)點,值得推廣和研究。

Review analysis on study of bond behavior of concrete-filled steel tube

Abstract:Based on the extensive literature reviews and experiment researches on the bond-slip behaviors of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) from home and abroad, the bond mechanism of CFST structures was introduced. The status quo of study on the bond strength of CFST structures was systematically analyzed and compared as well as determination of bond strength value and main factors influencing bond strength. The analysis results indicate that there has not yet formed a unified understanding on the impacts of influencing factors such as concrete strength, curing condition, shrinkage performance, slenderness ratio of specimens and the setting of shear connectors on bond strength of CFST, and it still needs to be further investigated especially for the setting mechanism of the shear connector in engineering. A new type of concrete-filled checkered steel tube structure was proposed to increase the nature bond strength of steel tube and concrete with the checkered pattern in inside wall of the steel tube. The concrete-filled checkered steel tube structure has the merits of safety, economical efficiency and convenient construction and is worthy of popularization and application.
