多層混合結(jié)構(gòu)中鋼桁架選型與設(shè)計探討

[摘要]湖州華潤萬家商場采用鋼-混凝土混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系。多層混合結(jié)構(gòu)中鋼桁架的選型不僅要滿足桁架自身的受力要求,還需考慮其對結(jié)構(gòu)整體抗震性能的影響。給出了三種桁架結(jié)構(gòu)布置方案,并對其進行分析比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)在滿足受力前提下,桁架應(yīng)盡可能減少斜腹桿數(shù)量,避免結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生薄弱層和軟弱層。鋼桁架支座節(jié)點連接及受力復(fù)雜,經(jīng)研究采用構(gòu)造簡單且密實度較高的鑄鋼節(jié)點;桁架跨間節(jié)點則采用帶內(nèi)隔板的鋼板節(jié)點,為減少焊縫數(shù)量,節(jié)點兩側(cè)板件均采用整塊鋼板;對所有節(jié)點進行了有限元分析計算,確保受力滿足設(shè)計要求。建立帶彈性樓板的鋼桁架分析模型,并與獨立鋼桁架分析模型進行了比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)樓板可降低桁架桿件的內(nèi)力,但自身內(nèi)力會相應(yīng)增加,樓板設(shè)計時需考慮此附加內(nèi)力的影響。

Structural form selection and design discussion on steel truss structure of multi-layer hybrid structures

Abstract:The structure of Huzhou Huarun store adopts steel-concrete hybrid system. Form selection of steel truss in hybrid structure is not only to meet mechanical requirements of the truss itself, but also take into account the effect on seismic behavior of  overall structure. Three kinds of truss structures were given, analysis comparison shows reducing the number of diagonals in truss is help to avoid shaping weak layer and soft layer in  structure under the premise of satisfied  stress. The connection and stress of steel truss support are complex, cast steel node with simple construction and high density was adopted after research. Steel plate nodes with inner spacer plate were used for the truss span joints,  two sides of the joints were all made of whole piece steel plate in order to reduce the number of welds. Finite element analysis was performed on all nodes to ensure the force meets the design requirements. The analysis model of steel truss with elastic slab was established and compared with the independent steel truss, it shows that slab can reduce the internal force of the truss, but its internal force will be increased, so design of the slab should consider the influence of  additional internal force.
