[摘要]位于設(shè)防烈度9度的盛世建昌酒店結(jié)構(gòu)采用框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,若采用傳統(tǒng)的抗震設(shè)計方法,難以控制結(jié)構(gòu)位移,且會造成構(gòu)件截面過大。故采用基礎(chǔ)隔震技術(shù),在結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)置帶有鉛芯疊層橡膠支座的隔震層。設(shè)計中使用了PKPM軟件進(jìn)行上部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,采用ETABS軟件進(jìn)行隔震結(jié)構(gòu)時程分析,得到了水平向減震系數(shù),并進(jìn)行了大震下驗(yàn)算以及抗風(fēng)驗(yàn)算。通過隔震方案與非隔震方案的直接建設(shè)費(fèi)用對比,對采用隔震方案的經(jīng)濟(jì)性做了簡要分析。研究結(jié)果表明,進(jìn)行隔震設(shè)計后的結(jié)構(gòu),構(gòu)件截面相對減小,增加了商業(yè)使用面積,減小了上部結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計難度,并一定程度上節(jié)約了工程造價。

Isolation design and economy analysis for a high-rise hotel building in the seismic region of 9-level intensity

Abstract:Located in the seismic region of 9-level precautionary intensity, Sheng Shi Jian Chang Hotel adopts the structural system of frame-corewall. If the traditional seismic design method is adopted, it is difficult to control structure displacement, and can cause too large component cross section. Therefore, the base isolation technology was adopted to set the isolation layer with lead core laminated rubber bearing at the structural base. PKPM software was used to design the upper structure and ETABS program was used for time-history analysis on the isolation structure to get the horizontal seismic reduction coefficient, and the check calculations under the rare earthquake and the wind were conducted. Through direct construction cost comparison between the isolation scheme and the non-isolation scheme, a brief analysis was made on economy of isolation scheme. The research results show that the structure with isolation design can reduce component cross section relatively, increase business use area, reduce the design difficulty of the upper structure, and save the project cost to a certain extent.
