疊層橡膠隔震支座與SRC柱腳連接研究與應(yīng)用

[摘要]疊層橡膠隔震支座與鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)或鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的連接非常簡(jiǎn)單而成熟,但與型鋼混凝土(SRC)結(jié)構(gòu)的連接非常復(fù)雜,現(xiàn)有資料中找不到做法。對(duì)疊層橡膠隔震支座與SRC柱腳的連接進(jìn)行了研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)柱底預(yù)埋件的錨筋與SRC柱主筋及型鋼柱底板沖突,導(dǎo)致疊層橡膠隔震支座與SRC柱連接困難,提出將柱主筋通過(guò)套筒與預(yù)埋鋼板焊接取代錨筋,將型鋼柱底板通過(guò)螺栓與預(yù)埋鋼板連接,從而解決預(yù)埋件錨筋、柱主筋、型鋼柱底板相互沖突的問(wèn)題,然后遵循規(guī)范提出預(yù)埋鋼板、錨筋、鋼柱底板及連接螺栓的計(jì)算方法,并將此項(xiàng)連接應(yīng)用于云南省博物館新館項(xiàng)目,解決了該工程中疊層橡膠隔震支座與SRC柱腳的連接問(wèn)題。

Research and application of connection of laminated rubber bearing isolator with SRC column foot

Abstract:The connection between laminated rubber bearing isolators and reinforced concrete structure or steel structure is very simple and mature, but its connection with steel reinforced concrete (SRC) structure is very complex and it is hard to find the method in existing data. The connection between laminated rubber bearing isolator and SRC column foot was studied. It is found that the anchor bar of embedded part at column bottom conflicted with  SRC column reinforcement as well as bottom steel plate of the column.This resulted in connecting difficulties between laminated rubber bearing isolator and SRC column.The main column reinforcement was suggested to weld with embedded steel plate through the sleeve to replace the anchor bar, and bottom steel plate of the column was suggested to connect with embedded steel plate by the bolt, so as to solve the problem of collision of embedded anchor bar, main column reinforcement and bottom steel plate. Then the connection was applied in New  Yunnan Provincial Museum according to the calculation methods for specification-presented embedded steel plate, anchor bar, bottom plate of steel column and connection bolt.  The connection problem of the laminated rubber bearing isolator and SRC column foot in the project was solved.
