超限高層建筑大懸挑樓層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

[摘要]深圳留仙洞總部基地A塔樓為帶復(fù)雜單邊大懸挑的超限高層建筑。根據(jù)本工程不規(guī)則性,采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計方法對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了可行性分析。針對單邊大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了專項分析,具體包括:懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)樓板剛度對懸挑桁架的影響,懸挑桁架對主塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,懸挑部分樓板應(yīng)力分析,大懸挑桁架關(guān)鍵節(jié)點分析,懸挑桁架不同施工方案分析,小跨度懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)方案比選等。通過分析得到了在不同作用工況和施工方案下懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土樓板、桁架桿件和關(guān)鍵節(jié)點的受力和變形以及懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)對主塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件受力的影響規(guī)律。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,為減小樓板應(yīng)力,懸挑樓板采取了后澆帶和組合樓板栓釘包裹低彈性模量材料等措施。為減小懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)的桿件受力和控制豎向變形,給出了大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)和空腹桁架合理的施工方案。

Structural design of large cantilever floors in an out-of-code high-rise building

Abstract:Tower A of Liu Xian Dong Headquarters project in Shenzhen is an out-of-code high-rise building with unilateral complex large cantilever floors. As the tower structure is irregular in plane and vertical layout, the feasibility study using performance-based seismic design method was conducted. Special analysis was conducted on the unilateral large cantilever structure, including the effects of slab stiffness of large cantilever structure on cantilever truss, the effects of large cantilever truss on main tower structure, stress analysis on slabs in cantilever part, key node analysis for large cantilever truss, and analysis on different construction schemes for small cantilever structure. From the above analyses, the influencing rules of stress and deformation of cantilever structure concrete slab, truss component and key nodes under different working conditions and construction schemes and influencing rules of cantilever structure on the mechanism of main tower structure were obtained. According to the results of the analysis, in order to reduce slab stress, measures of post cast strip and composite slab stud packaged with low elastic modulus materials were taken in cantilever slab. In order to reduce the component stress and control vertical deformation of cantilever structure, reasonable choose construction schemes for large cantilever structure and vierendeel truss were given.
